The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Archdiocesan Council of New Orleans celebrates 170 years of aiding vulnerable individuals in the community with its Love & Service Awards Gala, on Friday, June 9th, 2023, from 6 to 9pm. The event takes place in the William and Mary McCaffrey Ballroom, on the campus of Xavier University. Tickets are $100.00 per person.
This anniversary celebration recognizes the compassion and dedication of 500 volunteers, known as Vincentians, as well as our special works and service programs that help in the areas of adult education, food insecurities, and providing goods and services for low-income families.
Vincentians who have spent decades helping our neighbors in need gain stability, safe housing, an education, and support to a better life will also be honored.
“We are excited to finally be back with a full night of fun, celebration, and great food – all so that we may help our neighbors in need reach a more stable point in their lives. It’s going to be a great night for a great cause,” said Michael Champagne, Board Chair.
The event will be an evening filled with gourmet food, fellowship, music, a silent auction, and much more. Please help support this incredible cause.
