St. Catherine of Siena will host a free NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family to-Family education course.
It is a 9-session education program for family members, friends, and caregivers of adults living with mental illness.
The course provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions to help you understand and better support your loved one living with a mental illness while maintaining your own well-being.
Other topics include communication, problem-solving, treatment, and recovery. This course is meant for you if you have an adult loved one with a mental illness! The class size is limited to 12 and you must be 18 years or older to attend.
