Sanctuary Mental Health Course

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  The Sanctuary Mental Health Course for Catholics explores key mental health topics, and examines meaningful ways to offer compassion, support recovery, and promote well-being.  Join us as we, as a faith community learn about mental health, and grow in our awareness of those living with mental health challenges.
